Liver Flush Drink
Sadly our livers are under more pressure than ever in our increasingly toxic world. Its really important to clean up your food, drink, air, toiletries and makeup. Think carefully about anything that goes into your body.
Its a really good idea to have a regular liver cleanse at least twice a year but first make sure your bowels are moving properly.

Make it your first meal of the day whether thats in the morning or lunch time.
All ingredients must be organic or wild crafted:
1 bitter green apple ( Granny Smith)
300 ml filtered water
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of a lemon or lime
1 clove of garlic
Small piece of fresh ginger
10 drops of liver herbs
Blend all the ingredients well. Drink very slowly.
Wait 15 minutes and then drink a strong peppermint tea or dandelion root coffee.
