Here is a healthy chocolate cake thats gluten free and rich in magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium. It can be dairy free and is suitable for keto diets if you use a stevia and erythritol based sweetener like Natvia.

INGREDIENTS

  • 180g of coconut oil, melted or butter,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 cup almonds ground,
  • 4 tsp cacao powder,
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts,
  • 110 g Natvia, coconut sugar or  12 dates,
  • 3 tsp baking powder.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Mix oil or butter with eggs. Add ground almonds, baking powder and cacao until well blended. Carefully stir in walnuts.

Bake 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious eaten hot or cold.
